Berden Marathon and Berden Team Marathon16th May 2010 - In aid of Hospice Care at Isabel.Our long, long cold winter may now be on the way out! Do you agree? Well now is the time to get yourself fit for Summer, feel good about how fit you are and at the same time support a great organisation doing an incredible job. - click on read more and download the map of the route Yes that’s it, you are invited to take part in  ‘The Berden Team Marathon’ or if you like, do the whole thing. All you need to do is identify how far you think you will be prepared to run/walk or both. Be sensible now the intention is to have an enjoyable time, get fit for summer and help Isabel. Your team can have as many or as few adult members as you wish. The challenge is to safely complete the course of 26.2 miles and raise some funding for Isabel. I’m no Eddie Izzard but there you can see some more information about my double marathon attempt.
