The "musical" evening at the village hall in aid of a special needs school in Mostar, Bosnia was a great success raising £850 - click on read more and see the gallery for selected pictures. 

We had a sell out and what a splendid evening it was.  The Classic Buskers did not dissapoint and entertained us with both great and entertaining music, often played on some very interesting instruments. The Bosnian supper was equally interesting!

Thank you to all of you who attended and for supportiing this worthy cause. The total amount net to Mostar special need school in Bosnia was a generous £825.00.  Music, food and friends, all these made a memorable evening, the hall was full from people not just from Berden but from surrounding areas even Liverpool!!! Special thanks  to Michael Copley and Ian for a superb entertaiment and to Mary and Andrew and all the hard working crewe, cooking, washing (Ms Marigold) and clearing the fun away. Silent, generous, marvellous friends. Thanks indeed.
