CROQUET CROQUET CROQUET CROQUET It’s that time of year again! If you’ve played in the Berden Competitions, you know what to do, if you haven’t picked up a mallet before it doesn’t matter – give it a go, it’s good fun. Just talk to any of the organizers who will be happy to help with advice, coaching etc.. You don’t need your own equipment, lawns and more “experienced” players are always available for a practise. Entry forms from Jenny Lowe and the entry fee is still an amazing bargain at £8.00 per couple, which of course includes a glass of wine on the Opening weekend and a magnificent Lunch on Finals Day.
