| Green VW on the Village Green |

A green VW Golf TDI, reg X947 JFR, has been parked for the last ten days or so in a dangerous and illegal, position at the junction by the Village sign. We have left a note on it asking for it to be moved but to no avail. There is an Edinburgh parking permit displayed in it and we have reported it to the local Police, does anyone know to whom it belongs? Parish Council
