How to get your event on this website Print E-mail
Did you know if you are a non-profit making organisation it's really easy to post up your event into the Calendar section.

This is what you do...
(you might want to print this out using the tiny print icon at the top left)

1. Go to the Calendar Page

2. Click the Add an Event Button(Add an Event) button

3. Event Title - Type the Title of your Event e.g. Village Bazaar

4. Event Description - Type more detail about the event e.g. What will happen, Where it will be

5. Category pick General

6. Start Time click on the pull down lists to select date, month, year and start time

7. Duration - If the event lasts four and a half hours type 0 days 4 hours 30 minutes in the relevant boxes

8. Contact Info complete Name, Tel, Email URL (Website address) IMPORTANT check that you have permission to publish someone elses details on the website.

9. Picture File - Optional Upload a small picture if you wish

10. Submit it - Click the Add Event button at the bottom


Please notice the message you should see on the next screen:

Your event has been submitted! However, it will NOT appear on the calendar until it receives administrator approval. Thank you for your submission!
