I am currently trying to trace my great-grandparents who were married in St Nicholas Church on 19 October 1907. Both families appeared to have been in the area for a little while. One of my great, great-grandfathers was Charles King who was married to Betsey as listed on the 1901 website. My great-grandfathers family are proving alot more difficult to trace, he was born in 1879 and in 1901 was living with his step-mother Eliza Herrington in Stansted Mountfitchel and was a private in the Royal Dragoons.
