On November the 19th Clive and Sheila Lane retired as Chairman and Secretary of the Village Hall Committee after nine years of service. At the AGM they were thanked for all their hard work, on behalf of the village, by Paul Chapman (committee member and VH trustee). They where presented with a parting gift made possible by the generous contributions received from Berdenites. We have one of the best Village Halls because of all their hard work so a big thank you to you both and your committee.
