For all of you who have played before, you know what to do. For those who haven’t– why not give it a go? Just talk to any of the organizers. They will be happy to help with advice, coaching etc. You can borrow all the equipment you need, and lawns are always available. And in case you’re nervous, there is a handicapping system to give everyone a chance of winning! The cost is still an amazing bargain at £8.00 per couple, which of course includes a glass of wine – or even two – at the end of the Opening Weekend, and the famous Lunch on Finals Day. New for this year: we are delighted to welcome Steve Bates to the intrepid group of Organisers; he will be arranging a new Juniors Tournament (free of charge - ages 8 to 12): so come on all you future champions, it may be an Olympic Sport in 2012.
